I went to the service department today. Based on that visit, I really not recommend doing business with this dealer
I had to get brakes this morning on my bike. I did'nt hardly have time to go up front before it was ready to go. These are the nicest and easiest people to get along with I have ever dealt with. If you have a problem let them know before you leave , NOT ON FACEBOOK. If Wendy and the staff can't help you, maybe you might be a little hard to please.If you own a bike or utv give them a try
I haven't had to deal with the service department yet but the parts people were great. I needed a jet for a metropolitan scooter, it didn't show which jet it was in their system so they went and got a big box of jets and sorted through them with me until we found one that was compatible.
this company has an employee named Steve Wall who refers to riders as greasy bikers, and gives out his companies address when inviting someone to come get punched in the mouth.
This place has gone downhill fast. Called yesterday to see about getting a new front tire, mine is bald. The lady in parts was busy and said she’d call me back. She called back an hour later (I was a little annoyed but got over it pretty quick). Then she transferred me to maintenance to schedule an appointment. I explain to him that, like most people with a day job, I could come in on my lunch (any day of the week). He huffed and sighed and basically didn’t want to schedule anything around that time…..
