Also they went the extra mile to keep it a secret from my daughter because it’s her Christmas gift. If I choose to purchase another ATV in the future it will definitely be at Street Trails....

Normally, I think “oh, BS” when I see a review that mentions customer service first. With Street & Trail, though, I see why: every time I come in, the guys make sure their customers are taken care of, they’re fun to talk to, and they have no problem sharing their experiences or tips. Today, I rode in to pick up a bolt for rear faring on my Shadow I thought I’d already ordered (I hadn’t); Joe made sure I rode away with a bolt instead of leaving me to be potentially unsafe. Much appreciated.
I recently took my 4-wheeler in for service. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved! Thanks again Wendy
