MMH is said to be the best facility in our area. Based on our experiences, this is fake news. Ambulatory Care employees are less than stellar. Not one staff member introduced them self when entering the room; each time someone new came in we asked them their name. Nursing staff could use some communication skills and additional IV training. The ER nurse had wonderful skills, but the room we were brought to was covered in ground up cracker crumbs left by the previous visitor. C minus on a good day.
Absolutely phenomenal people here. I have been a patient here on and off for 17 years. The staff and Dr. Cawley are incredible caring people. Thank you for all the love and support.
They killed my mother, Dr.Parmar..!!! This hospital is all about the money,if you only see how many deaths are caused by neglance, you'd know what then what I say.
I wish there was a zero star option.. this place almost killed my mom. She Was in the hospital and the ER Dr refused to treat her life threatening condition she was diagnosed a couple of years ago but Dr Bains changed in her records that she does not have it.. He's not even her Dr.. Cleveland Clinic even treats her for it now. She asked to be transferred to a different hospital and the ER Dr refused to transfer her. Something needs to be done I have 2 brothers and a sister... We need our mom to be healthy and alive
I recently had gallbladder surgery and all the staff was excellent. Every one was very professional, courteous, caring, and understanding. Thank you all for making my experience so much easier to manage.
Was actually the best experience I've ever had with anything hospital/medically related. Very thorough, professional, and expedient. Will definitely go back, just hope I don't have to.
