Worst eye dorctor we have ever been to. Pinned my brothers head back and was rude and disrespectful to us both.
Dr. Stephen is a caring doctor. Listens to your concerns, noticed non-eye related issues and suggests having them checked out, easy to talk to, knows what he is doing. Explains in great details and assuages any worries.
Horrible! I was the last appointment of the day, and he took FOREVER! To the point where the receptionist actually left, and we ended up alone. Well, I never want to be alone with this guy again! I actually called HNE to complain! He asked questions about my personal life, was "brushing my hair" out of the way with his fingers? He charged me extra for that test where they put the drops in your eyes, and then charged me a copay as a "specialist", instead of one of the INCLUDED eye exams I was entitled to every 2 years.
