When it comes to issues or repairs, Ms Amy: The Office Manager, has been very helpful and professional ensuring that any minor issues are resolved in a very short and timely manner. Horrible company. Rented a lot at palm and pines in felda fl on October 31, 2025 was my final day at the resort they took my electric bill out of my security deposit. Told me there was a check number in system for my $232 remainder out of my 300 deposit. It is now today and the employees said it’s not there problem and it is the new property management company. This management property is AMAZING!!!! Ms. Amy at the front desk, was so helpful and nice. She is an excellent person and knew exactly what needed to be done, and stayed professional at all times. Easy going personality and has a great smile. I felt welcome over the phone and even better when I met her in person. Anything issues or concerns I have gotten a response that day. By far one of Best local management companies in the area with exellent customer service and professional representatives. Location office was very organized and parkinglot looked very well maintained.
