I couldn’t be happier with the property management services I’ve received. The team is extremely professional, responsive, and reliable. They take care of every detail, communicate clearly, and always make sure that any issue is handled quickly and efficiently. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. I am extremely happy renting through Streamlined Property Management. My wife and I have been renting from them for a little over a year. When it comes to issues or repairs, Ms Amy: The Office Manager, has been very helpful and professional ensuring that any minor issues are resolved in a very short and timely manner. She is very polite and sincere and you can tell that she truly cares about her job and wants to ensure that we are comfortable in our home. We plan to continue renting from her until the day we purchase our own... read more

This management property is AMAZING!!!! Ms. Amy at the front desk, was so helpful and nice. She is an excellent person and knew exactly what needed to be done, and stayed professional at all times. Easy going personality and has a great smile. I felt welcome over the phone and even better when I met her in person. Anything issues or concerns I have gotten a response that day. I highly recommend this management property company if you want great customer service, and if you are trying to find your next home or rental. Thanks ... read more
