What started as cordial business relationship quickly turned to a disappointment. I have rented from Streamline at 1836 Metzerott rd where they manage/ own several units. They have put bandages throughout the property with minimal finishes to make the unit looks decent, but what they say is true. " Everything that glitters is not gold". Irv at Streamline has been property manager for the home I've rented for a number of years, and is fantastic. He is always prompt, professional and polite and checks in whenever my lease renewal comes up or there is a maintenance issue. He has always handled everything quickly and been available for any questions.
