RecommendedAs a tenant, I have had to request maintenance on various items a number of times. Most recently it was for a minor toilet repair and I learned that Streamline now has their own in-house handyman, Kyle. Kyle was responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took care of our problem. It is great knowing Streamline has him on staff.
Today Kyle Emmanuel - maintenance worker came to our home to fix one issue in our hallway bathroom. He did a great job. Not only that but he went out his way to the store and get the materials he needed to replace. Then he asked if there was anything else we needed and I remember our other bathroom had a couple things that needed to be fixed. He went ahead and fixed it also.
