Horrible experience! I called to get a bid for a major remodel project. I sent them my plans. A week and a half later a man named Jason comes over, we spell out our project for him. He says everything seems cut and dry, and would be no problem for them. The next day, I get am email saying, "Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit within the scope of work we typically do."
