Worst service ever, nobody ever answers the phone and pricing always more than what they say, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for weeks but nobody is answering and they keep charging me.

I've been with these scammers for 5 years. The first few years were okay but my bill is extremely high for the little that I do use the gas. Matter of fact the gas usage itself has never been higher than $15 but they charge you all sorts of absurd ridiculously high fees. My gas bill could range anywhere between $40 - $80 for a 800 sq ft apartment. Budget bill is a TRAP! I got on budget billing plan in hopes to keep my heating bill low this past winter. I told them last October I will cancel spring or summer. My gas usage is fairly low and the fees are typically higher from Atl gas. I only went over budget in December and January and for 8 months since having the budget billing plan these folks say I owe $237!!!!
