Please, do not use this company unless it’s the only option for you. It’s the most useless company in the USA. I got disconnected for only $80 after making a full payment on my account a day before. A Agent told me to make the payment online While accepting part of it as their fault, agents said reconnection can only take place after one week. If there was anything below one star, I would give it to them.
Horrible service, thier payment system never works and they stop taking calls for payments before 9pm. They have cut off my gas twice due to thier error. One time I had to wait almost a whole week before I could get my services back on. Representative only offered me a $10 credit but when the bill came I actually got charged an extra $10. Sent an email and never received a response. I see why they have a 1.5 stars.
HUGE SCAM IN THE END!! Horrible at delivering accurate billing information, If you forget to renew which I received no notice for they will charge you the highest rate per therm, so I was paying 69. Cents and they charged me 7.00 per because of their manipulation scam and my gas bill was over 500.00 a month until i paid the balance off and renewed. Stream Energy website did not show any alert that my fixed rate plan was about to expire. Instead it only displayed the bill payment workflow. So they sent me an exorbitant bill of $470 for Jan 2026. I requested the agent to charge me at the new fixed rate. But she declined.I requested to be connected to her supervisor. She created a ticket and mentioned someone would call me in 48 hours. I have no idea what to point of this company is. They dont provide the gas service so we are basically paying a middle man foe what reason, I was forced into this service by my leasing office because of a mix up on their part however my gas bill is extremely high versus when I was with Georgia natural gas. I still have no understanding as to what to point of Stream is if the gas service is coming from Atlanta gas company. What service are they providing? Worst company ever
