HUGE SCAM IN THE END!! Horrible at delivering accurate billing information, If you forget to renew which I received no notice for they will charge you the highest rate per therm, so I was paying 69. Stream Energy website did not show any alert that my fixed rate plan was about to expire. Instead it only displayed the bill payment workflow. So they sent me an exorbitant bill of $470 for Jan 2026. I have no idea what to point of this company is. They dont provide the gas service so we are basically paying a middle man foe what reason, I was forced into this service by my leasing office because of a mix up on their part however my gas bill is extremely high versus when I was with Georgia natural gas. I still have no understanding as to what to point of Stream is if the gas service is coming from Atlanta gas company. What service are they providing? Worst company ever
Worst service ever, nobody ever answers the phone and pricing always more than what they say, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for weeks but nobody is answering and they keep charging me.
I've been with these scammers for 5 years. The first few years were okay but my bill is extremely high for the little that I do use the gas. Matter of fact the gas usage itself has never been higher than $15 but they charge you all sorts of absurd ridiculously high fees. My gas bill could range anywhere between $40 - $80 for a 800 sq ft apartment.
