The new management here being Greystar has not been helpful as of now, I don't know if it will change in the near future but I have been living here since last November 2024, and even then the move in process was not good, we didn't have hot water upon move in for 4 days, and issues occurred throughout the months following, but maintenance has been prompt and helped as soon as they could, which was highly appreciated. The actually use several trees that don't even belong in the desert to hide building numbers. So, they're wasting a ton of water (and driving up our costs) just so they can make their complex unnecessarily difficult to navigate.
Teshawna And Eli have been great. Eli stayed late one night to tour me as I was thinking of transferring units. The leasing agent was so sweet and able to answer every question we had.
