Had the best experience!! Great people!! Greeted when I first walked in!! Took me back as soon as I got their!! The doctor is GREAT!!! No wait to see him!! I would recommend!! The best experience I have ever had at any dentist appointment!!
I went in for my annual dental cleaning and checkup and to meet our new dentist. We have been using Dr. Alford since 2007, when we first moved to AR. Dr. Arnold is very easy going and has a great sense of humor, which I like in a person. My hygienist was great, no pain and I got a great report from her and Dr. Arnold. I will highly recommend friends, looking for a great dentist and staff, to use this facility. They are wonderful and make you feel very much at home.
My annual dental cleaning and check up was great. This is the first time it didn't hurt at all, like it has in the past. Also Dr. Arnold, makes you feel comfortable, like you have always known him. He even came out into the waiting room to thank me for my service in the Air Force, after my wife mentioned it to him. We have always liked the staff and dentist when Dr. Alford was there and now we feel as if we have had Dr. Arnold for a long time. A great experience for sure.
What a great dental visit with Dr. Arnold! Of course I was a little anxious, being that I was a twenty year plus patient of Dr.Alford. Dr. Arnold introduced himself, found me a jamming station on Pandora, even sang a couple of tunes. He was gentle and caring as he completed my procedure. Shared a personal story about his mom. All I know is your mom raised a wonderful caring man , who is now my dentist. Thank you.
Today was my first time to see Dr Arnold and the first tooth pull in almost 40 years . I was a little nervous but the staff and Dr Arnold help me to relax and it was over in a flash . Thank you staff and Dr Arnold, job well done !
