Everyone at Dr. Arnold’s was super nice and very helpful. They explained what they were doing at the time so you didn’t have to wonder what was coming next. Very good experience.
While going to the dentist isn’t usually someone’s ideal way to spend the day I was pleasantly surprised with the way things went. The office staff are all very friendly and professional while taking the time to make sure you are fully aware of what needs to be done, and that you are comfortable throughout your treatment what ever it may be. I recommend Dr Arnold and staff for anyone that needs a dentist to manage your oral care and needs.
I am not usually one who is "afraid" of dentists; but, it is not something I look forward too. When I walked in to Dr. Arnold's office, everyone was very nice. They smiled, said hello and introduced themselves by name to me. I care for my mom 24/7, and she was with me. They made her feel welcome and comfortable too. The staff listened to my concerns and helped me decide on the best treatment plan for my needs.
