I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my time at the Elmhurst townhomes. The neighborhood is very family friendly, the property is in walking distance of restaurants in South End, and is in view of Uptown. The units are well-kept and if you happen to experience any issues, maintenance is highly responsive and prompt. On top of everything, the staff goes above and beyond for you. I've lived here for a year now, and I absolutely love everything about it. Though the apartments are older, they are very well laid out and very homey. The neighborhood is to die for. You are so close to everything, and it's extremely safe. It's a very safe and quiet little neighborhood. I've enjoyed living here so much. I've not had to call maintenance much, but when I do, it's immediate service. Always same day. You can always reach the leasing office via phone or email, and they are amazing to work with.

I've lived in the south for almost 20 years and have never had issues with bugs but this is the third time I've had to have my condo sprayed here. During the summer it was cockroaches and centipedes; then it was stinkbugs. Now the cockroaches are back and brought wasps with them. The insect infestation in this community is unbearable. Counting down the days until we can move.

This is the best place to live. The location is awesome and the staff that works here is amazing. We are steps away from several restaurants and Rite-Aid. We love our floor plan, our neighbors, and all 3 pools!! We have had no issues of any kind. All the families that live here are respectful and you really have the privacy like living in a home. Did I mention the closet space here is fantastic?! The amenities and all the fun stuff the Strawberry Hill Cares team plans is worth it alone. Most importantly, management is 5 star... read more

WE have had such a great experience here so far. The office staff is helpful and courteous and the grounds are lovely. Our neighbors are quiet and thoughtful. Just an all around amazing place to live!
