Brad was absolutely amazing. I was looking to get an appraisal on my home and it turns out there are a lot of nuances to the type of property I have and the process that would need to be done. Even though I would ultimately need an appraisal through my lender and would not be able to use Straw Hat Enterprises, Brad gave me so much valuable insight.
