RecommendedOne of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest gyms around. Equipment is top-notch and professional. I like the fact that they have lots of options - a well-equipped free weight room, along with machine weights, a great aerobic room with treadmills, stair steppers, a rower, ellipticals, etc. They also have a lot of great classes that are free, and more intense classes that you can pay a nominal fee for. They offer personal training as well. I've been a member for years. Love this place.
They are more expensive then any other gym that I know of. Their equipment is not kept up as well as most other gyms that I've been to. best of all, when you are unable to physically go to the gym for well over 6 months, they will not even make a deal with you to get out of your contract. They instead take the money out of your checking account every single month for the duration of the contract you signed originally. Not Happy that I cant get the machines I want at 6am.., 2nd time....
Its a nice place to workout and the staff are very nice.
