On may 21 I went to see Dr. Lum and his nurse Noe was so gentle, considerate as well professional. She demonstrated that we can have examples of all of this in our nurses. They may not get extra pay but the recognition of their exemplary handling of patients make a great deal to the patients. Kudos to you for hiring such a great person.
エマージェンシーを利用。日本語は通じなかったけど電話を通しての通訳が助かった。いろいろ検査をしましたがスタッフのリアクションで何の検査をするか伝わってきたので安心感ありました。医療費は高い。無制限の旅行保険にはいることをお勧めします。よい病院だと思います。
They called me for an opening same day. I arrived on time, and wasn't called in for 30 minutes after the appointment time. Poor service.
Great staff, efficient and kind
Sorry to say, but Straub is really going downhill. Before you could call a doctor’s office and immediately speak to someone, but now, you have to wait at least 5 minutes or more to speak to the call center instead of the doctor’s office. I can only imagine customer service getting worse if HPH and HMSA are allowed to merge.
