Easily one of the best experiences I've had during an ER visit, staff was super attentive, helpful, and made a very rough night less miserable. The ER staff made sure to explain everything to me. I was not a fan of the ER parking or lack thereof, but it wasn't anything that would deter me from returning should the need arise.

I came to the ER with my mother today, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. The ER technician I interacted with, Tiara, was rude and dismissive from the beginning. I was there as my mother’s guardian. She cut me off while I was trying to speak and told me to step outside just to give a phone number. I did exactly what she asked. But when I came back in, she was already speaking with my mother again. The room had only the two of them, and a translator was connected by video call. No one spoke to me. I honestly did not expect the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail I received here. You can tell they genuinely care. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital — especially in the Emergency Room. The staff is full of badass doctors and nurses who don’t just rush you through. They actually take the time to explain everything clearly and walk you through what they can do to help your situation.
