I recently went in for an evaluation for shoulder pain, and I had a great experience. Doctor Michael Yamazaki was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my situation and the next steps. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
If you are scheduled to see Dr. Older I highly recommend getting a new recommendation. He has handled my case so poorly that I now have to spend 3 days in excruciating nerve pain because he scheduled the wrong type of procedure to be done. Radiology called me to confirm this. I have evidence if anybody from straub would like to reach out, but I highly doubt anybody in this office actually cares about people in pain. Find a new doctor.
The medical office is run by very friendly staff. Was able to squeeze me in directly from the ER and get me fitted for a knee immobilizer same day. Doctors here are also super friendly and will take their time with you.
