Talk about top of real estate game and knowledge! Jack is so diverse in all aspects of real estate and truly knows his stuff. I had a Commercial mix use building I renovated. Planned on holding but spoke with Jack who evaluated and listed building for a price I thought I'd still be holding for awhile. Day of listing had a viewing next day and sold for full price cash.
