Very frustrating experience. Was supposed to be given a quote for cleaning. First they called to ask to change the appointment to the next day. Fine. But then they said they would show up between 1-2 and they didn't. Disappointing as a first experience with any company.
Very prompt response time to my request! Scott and the Stratus team have been reliable to answer my cleaning questions in a timely manner and show up on time for scheduled cleaning.
Great new business in Saskatoon. When you call, you get to speak to an actual person- the owners themselves! They are very responsive and work hard to find solutions to meet your individual needs. Highly recommend!
