The way they treat their employees is awful — there’s a total lack of support, and it feels like they only care about making money off people instead of actually helping them grow. Stratus Cleaning does a great job cleaning our building in Bellevue. Their customer service is excellent. The manager, Bladamir drops in time to time to make sure everything is going well, and Jenny and her team keep our building in great condition and monthly ask for feedback to see if there is anything they can be doing differently. They are very easy to contact. Oscar did a great job cleaning our windows!
