Over the past several months, I have repeatedly raised concerns regarding ongoing service issues with our corporate cleaning. i even had the regional manager come out to review the condition of the cleaning services in March 2026, and he acknowledged that the work being performed was not meeting their company’s standards and pointed out may additional areas the cleaning crew missed. We’ve been very pleased with our experience working with Stratus. Their team does an excellent job keeping our building clean and well maintained. Our daily porter is reliable and attentive, and the management team is always responsive. Anytime we’ve had a concern or request, they’ve addressed it promptly and effectively. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about client satisfaction. We’re very satisfied with their service and appreciate their professionalism and follow-through.
