RecommendedWe lived at Stratus for 16 months and picked it for its location, amenities, and options in apartment design. All of those things proved to be even better than anticipated. Everything about stratus is 5 star and that includes the staff. The concierge service is amazing! All of the staff is super friendly and always willing to do anything to make life at Stratus wonderful. We are so happy you that we were able to call Stratus our home for our stay in Seattle.
Stratus is an amazing community in Downtown Seattle! The apartment finishes and amenities are gorgeous and the customer service will exceed your expectations!
Absolutely stunning building! We’re proud to call this place as our first home as newlyweds :) Love how the staff really try to build a community here for those who moved from out of town ❤️

Love living at Stratus! We moved here in February and as the weather has changed, Stratus has become even more of a paradise. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Pike's Market and the Space Needle - but as it's in a business-oriented part of town, it's fairly quiet at night. The "starry sky" feature on the rooftop is to die for, and there are two full floors of amenities including a movie room, pool and poker hall with a bar for events, and a dog washing room for those of you with pets.
