Have been renting for over 3 years at one of stratum properties at Woodburn had Monica move me in and help me through all the process, love the staff and maintenance is always on the go to help with any work orders. Also the new manager Araceli is great, thats why i have continued my staying at Stratum.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. After moving out, they failed to return the remainder of my security deposit well past the 31-day deadline required by Oregon law. I was told I’d be receiving my the remaining balance within the next week via check, it’s been 3 weeks now. I reached out multiple times for updates and have been ignored.
