I went in a few weeks ago without an appointment. Happened to be looking at other competitor builders and Dina was the nicest sales agent. Not intrusive, very personable and incredibly knowledgeable in the area. After viewing several homes, this one story plan stood out and checks all the right boxes for my client.
Dina has been wonderful. She has been kind and patient, explaining each step of the purchasing process. I haven't purchased a home in 20yrs, and the process is intimidating.
