My Trophy Home has been great. I enjoy living in Greenville and have wonderful neighbors. My only complaint is that the $600 Stratton Place HOA annual dues are excessively high for the very minimal amenities and services they provide. Other surrounding communities with higher price range houses pay less in annual HOA dues for more valued amenities and services. Just doesn't add up as a good value.

We bought in Feb 2024. We were looking for energy efficient features, windows, blown in insulation, fixtures etc. Found it with Trophy. Location was great with new builds making it even better than knew. Thought pricing was very reasonable with the year warranty. Can't say I like HOA (first time in one) but understand concept. Is a bit of a hassle to pass every change thru them but life in the city. As far as warranty on house issues, Trophy was very good on seeing issues were fixed . Great location, right by the highway so you can get anywhere easily and the area is seeing a lot of development from schools to shopping centers. Dina is very lovely and helpful with any and all inquiries.
I love the Stratton Place community . I also love Greenville which is the perfect blend of modern day living and old school country attitude Our Trophy home is exactly what we were looking for. The construction quality is what sealed the deal for us. Dina and David guided us through the whole process. Not only are they the best at what they do, they became friends. I would recommend Trophy to anyone and everyone because the customer always comes first.
