I started skiing at Stratton in 1983 when I was 3. I have the fondest memories of The Stratton Mountain Boys upstairs in the lodge before it was redone, Little Cub Ski School and many happy days spent with family. My dad skied here from the 1960's and made it a tradition. Stratton literally shaped my childhood memories. I'm sad that the area has become so expensive that it's no longer affordable to go for weekends. The mountain and town are beautiful and perfectly maintained. Maybe someday!!
Great mountain! Has a bit of everything for all types if skiing. Always good skiing.
