In years past this mountain has been awesome, this year the customer service has taken a dive to say the least. Ive called and left three different messages trying to plan a corporate event and haven't heard so much as a response from anyone at this mountain in over a week. Really unfortunate to see the customer focus take the same abysmal dive as the weather already has this season. As someone who grew up on this mountain and has planned events before here, this is very frustrating and disappointing.
Hello? Management / marketing team? Are you listening? It's time to fix the overall experience of this resort. The value is just not there! I am seeing the same package I bought a month ago for 50% off Groupon. Bad strategy, you need a better marketing team!

WORKED AT THE NORSE HOUSE IN 1973 WITH HARRY, CHIP AND DEAN. IT WAS OLD SCHOOL BUT GREAT AT THE SAME TIME. A COLD BUT GREAT MOUNTAIN. .. STILL IS.. MIKE D.
Always quaint and easy. Park your car, unload your gear and no hassles. The fitness center is excellent with a real (and warm) salt water lap pool.
Horrible, overcrowded, they groom everything so every trail is the same. Tons of walking through flat terrain they consider green trails (Flatton). Was able to do 1 run/half hour upper mountain lifts expecting to escape crowds. URSA is a six pack yet lift line queuing allow for 2, maybe 3 people to stand side by side. No clue how they manage holiday periods. If you're looking to ski challenging terrain or actually be able to enjoy a day look elsewhere. (Mt Snow, Magic or drive the extra time to Killington). I ski 5-6 mountai... read more
Grizzly's need those old posters back up and the band's promo posters. For years I loved the artistry....Bring in the new, but don't throw out all the old.
