I worked at their single location in Chicago. To say that they are a joke is an understatement. I’ve worked concierge service and security before and am well seasoned in this line of work. I have never worked for a less professional company. Communication skills, professional courtesy, timekeeping, pay, scheduling, immature and unqualified supervisors is just a start to what you will have to deal with. I called them five times to follow up on why I never received a call back and this was the first sign of incompetency and lack of urgency. My time is valuable, whether they agree or not. I've been extremely professional this entire time for a job that only wants to pay $15 an hour for an overnight position, but they've wasted my time enough. Annastauzia has been an amazing part of concierge at Rienzi. She’s sweet, organized, professional, welcoming, determined, and exemplifies excellent service! She’s always available and goes above and beyond to ensure things run smoothly. She truly provides meaningful customer service and I couldn’t thank her enough for all that she’s done here.
