She goes out of her way to help, always has a positive attitude, and makes visitors feel valued. Exceptional customer service like hers deserves recognition. Highly recommend her!

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about working with this company, specifically Glen! He is absolutely amazing and does a phenomenal job helping me and my property provide an outstanding customer service for my residents. I manage a luxury, high end community in The Gulch Nashville TN and he does a great job making sure that standard is reached on a regular basis! He is always available to speak to me and stops by regularly to ensure standards are being met! We appreciate all of his and his team’s hard work!

As a lone female worker - overnight concierge, i documented a plethora of safety incidents, violence, property crime, and was not provided with the resources to protect myself as a staff member. would not recommend. unsafe work environment. Aggressive ceo. my last pay stub withheld from me for over 6 months. Largely non compliant. I wouldn't work here again..

Stratton concierge at Signal House Apartments is absolutely amazing. They are always courtesy to residents and pleasant to work with. The regional manager Anthony Quiovers is a joy to work with as well. His communication and professionalism are top tier!
