When you see all of these 5 star reviews for a complex this awful just drive up in here and do a look see before preceeding to consider. Always check other reviews for this same apartment complex. First of all the community is NOT SAFE!!!! The police presence is constant. Car break-ins are the thing. They bust out the windows and clean out the car in about 2 min. So far theres been a dead body at the pool and one recently in front of one of the buildings in the front of the complex. I came home from work and could not ... read more

Joseph was simply AMAZING ! All my questions were answered although it seemed like the entire office staff and customers demanded his attention he made each and every one of us feel special while still being committed to the job and service. I was approved for my apartment within a few hours viewing the apartment and applying on the spot and I move tomorrow. Don’t waste time on the office unless Joseph is present and don’t lease unless you lease with Joseph! If he is not available just wait, you will not regret it!

Strafford Ridge is a complex full of drug dealers and shooters and scammers and roaches. They allow drugs to be FREELY sold &used in this complex. Management actually uses the drugs themselves. Some of the staff has use the C-Star program illegally for their own use. Multiple times the office and security AND THE POLICE were called about drug dealers random shootings during before and after the holidays and they STILL live there.. even calling the police does nothing in that complex.. unless you're white Why?
