I will not discount any of the reviews, but I will tell you that the problem with these reviews is that they are directed at either a particular manager and/or managment company. and that makes if very unfair for current managers. take a moment and visit the properties you are interested in. make your own decisions based on what is true today, and what you see for yourself. happy hunting. :)

Do not recomend! My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 yrs. There have been several different managers and a couple of different owners. There is trash everywhere! Cars get broken into & vandalized alot as well. It is very hard to get things fixed also. It used to be some what quite but it is very noisy here latly. Our counter tops & sinks are covered w/ white paint and it looks absolutly HORRID! I could go on forever but trust me when I say they are not very nice apartments. When I moved here the apartment manager Melissa was recently hired to improve the state of the apartments,it was going ok for a couple of months then it all went down hill we found out we had new owners and a new manager.Vandels wrote nasty pictures and words all over my car!! Trash overflowing out the dumpsters onto the floor and beds and furniture beside the dumsters left there for weeks!Dirty I also found out that my kitchen cabnites were painted over tiny cocroches!! e-mail me for pictures!! melissa14362@yahoo.com

The management is very unprofessional. They take too long to fix any problems you are having. Took them 6 months to fix my apartment after a water leak. The apartments are just plain dirty!
