Lived here before the pandemic. Moved to another state in 2019 and moved back here recently. It's one of the few places I've lived and considered returning. The management and maintenance staff have managed to maintain high standards which is uncommon for most rental properly. The location is great. I've lived in 2 different units and had no issues that weren't address immediately. Most units are being renovated, I'm still in an older one. don’t move here the mantience are rude and won’t complete anything you need done they lie on the portal and say it’s done but it isn’t i had no AC for a month and they wouldn’t compensate for any hotel stays the lady in the small office carrie is very argumentive and rude
Living here has been an absolute dream — if that dream involves overpaying for a barely livable apartment with an AC unit that thinks it's a space heater. According to the "expert" maintenance team, air blowing at 87 degrees in June is apparently totally fine. Who knew sweating in your own home was part of the luxury lifestyle? The amenities? This is the best place I’ve ever lived! The town home set up is incredible - very spacious, I have my own front door and garage, full size washer and dryer, it’s incredible. Very little noise from the neighboring units. Kathi made the application and move in process completely seamless. When one of my toilets started leaking a bit, I put in a maintenance request at 9pm and by 10am the next day I had a notification that it had been replaced!
