Stratford Green Apartments has been the best place I have ever rented. The management staff has been absolutely amazing. Kathy and Kari have been so friendly and helpful the whole time I have lived here. They are friendly and welcoming!!!!The maintenance staff is great, especially Nick. This company is run by AI only. They denied me, came back and said it was still open, then sent me a number to call, needed a pin to connect and then sent me no pin. Been renting here for almost two years, never been late, never caused a problem here and still can’t talk to no one. How do we know if we are talking to a human or a computer? This all happened with a transfer to a bigger apartment not a new tenant. Don’t rent here. It’s all about money and they are very cheap on repairs. Iv'e been living here for almost two years, Paid my rent on time every month. Was just trying to transfer apartments and this new company BH is only a AI company, can't talk to no one and you send documents and they say it's edited. Don't rent here, they don't care about the people, they care about money.
This is my first time renting and they always respond quickly and are very friendly and helpful
