Let’s be real here, neighborhood is quiet but you have a few of your bad apples. Everyone keeps to themselves, mostly. I have been living here for about 4 or 5 years now. I must say Kathi at the leasing office has always been great with communication and assisting with tenant needs. Jason from the maintenance team is really awesome and I appreciate his cander when explaining specific issues when the problem is a bit deeper with repairs. He is courteous, polite, and does a great job with the tenant experience. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues we have had. The maintenance staff is always prompt, courteous and professional when we have needed something repaired. I would highly recommend this property.
This is the best place I’ve ever lived! The town home set up is incredible - very spacious, I have my own front door and garage, full size washer and dryer, it’s incredible. Very little noise from the neighboring units. Kathi made the application and move in process completely seamless. When one of my toilets started leaking a bit, I put in a maintenance request at 9pm and by 10am the next day I had a notification that it had been replaced!
