Our home had the roof done with Strategy Builders and the job was terrible. It's super patchy and it leads to puddles on the roof during rain storms. As a result, there are multiple leaks happening despite the job being done recently. I've sent emails and calls and no response. Really disappointed at the service level here.
I had a new shingle roof installed, and the job was so bad that the roc had to come out three times. Unfortunately, during the third time, it was past the two year mark, so nothing could be done. There were supports not installed, and boards put in backwards as well as shingles overlapped over old material. It was a nightmare getting the rood done.
