Mike from Strategic was so easy to talk to and readily available to answer our questions. This pest issue was handled immediately by them and were even early on the day of appointment. The technician that came out listened to our problems and clearly reviewed how he would be attacking the issue on the first visit. After the initial visit they do warn that there will be an upswing in the pests you might see, they are trying to escape the spray put down, so we were a little prepared for that. Had to call them several times to spray proper for coverage. Had to call them three times to remove wasp nest. Finally quit the service but only after several blown appointments and poorñy executed spray coverage.

I signed up to have this company service our house. We live in a brand new community and Blake was going around offering a great deal. I received a bill for a service that was never done. Then some one showed up a couple days later unannounced and did my front yard and garage. I was told I would get a call to schedule the rest of my service within a few days. Very impressed so far! Starting with Tyler the Regional Manager. Very polite, knowledgable and a straight shooter. He was able to schedule the first service the next day! Jesse, our tech, was on time and went through what he will be doing on the property. He has extremely thorough and detailed with his service! Look forward to working with both of them! Great job!
