I first requested a quote in Sept or Oct of last year for repairs to sheeting & replacement of shingles as well as rebuilding the back left ladder truss that was broken off, replace the damaged area of soffit & fascia on my garage. After receiving the quote & agreeing to the price, they showed up in Dec without any contact. I had a last-minute repair required on my roof because some of my shingle-roll came off in a windstorm and also I had a leak. They checked my whole roof and let me know what repairs they could do the same day they came out, and also let me know what would need doing in the future (I kind of already knew but it was good to get professional feedback!). Great great service! We had a leaking roof & strategic came out right away. Within a month our new roof was installed. Kurt and his team were absolutely fantastic, quick and cleaned up everything.
I contacted Strategic Roofing by email in early September, 2020 to ask for a quote for a 14'x12' gable roof over the entry of our home. I included photos and rough measurements in the email. I had to follow up over several weeks by phone, leaving messages with the secretary, just to have someone come look at the roof in question. When someone finally did show up (nearer the end of September), they said they would be in touch with a quote by the end of the week, but I never received anything.
