If I could leave a no star rating I would. We have enjoyed Maria Espamer. However, we cannot get through for medical questions and concerns. It ALWAYS goes to voicemail. In addition, they HAVE NEVER returned my calls. My son developed a rash related to the meds he was prescribed and no returned call. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. So disappointed. We will not return.
after having some issues with appointments and being improperly scheduled multiple times, I was kicked out. I was on a pretty serious mood stabilizer and they just kind said "hey you're late too many times, find it somewhere else". Don't really care about people here and the receptionist is horrible.
The journey on the road to life is far from easy but Strategic Mental Health gave me that helping guiding hand. I can't thank Strategic Mental Health enough! Dr. Diana Cox is truly a blessed and amazing soul! Not only did she point me in the right direction to peace and relief, she taught me how to maintain and continue on with that peace in my every day life. Best decision I ever made was to seek outside help, second best was finding these guys!
After moving to Tempe they totally incorporated my previous care and offered new solutions and recommendations without being pushy or judgy. The environment is warm and caring. The office is always prompt on time which I've rarely had, so that's a bonus.
Thanks for letting me feel like asking for help was the wrong thing to do.
