I have my flood insurance through Strategic Insurance. They were very helpful and consultative for that service. I recently had a homeowners claim and called them for advice. Even though they are not my broker for homeowners insurance they offered to review my policy and give me advice on the claim process. This is customer service 70's style.

I have Strategic Insurance and they have always been very prompt and courteous with all the requests I have made. My mortgage was recently bought out by another company that has done nothing but give me grief. Almost weekly the new Mortgage company is making demands for increasing policies, trying to charge me more and Strategic finds companies at a significant lower rate within a few hours. Thank you for all your assistance.
