Working with Chris Grasso saved us $4,000! A self-proclaimed "flood geek," Chris put his knowledge to the test when our first flood quote came back at $4,552. After ordering a new elevation certificate and spending hours on the phone with underwriting, Chris had slashed our flood premium to less than $500! We were dropped from our current insurance because as it turns out insurance companies don't actually want you to use the insurance you pay for, and were being ignored by the broker we'd been using for 5-years.
