When it comes to strata manager, I think working with "who" is a really important aspect. The strata manager of my place, Melanie Rivett is really commendable. As a member of OC, I found it easy to work Melanie's professionalism and honesty. So giving a 5 star here due to that "who" factor.
Melanie Rivett became our new Strata Manger late November 2025. She knowingly inherited a nightmare from our previous strata firm…virtually all records especially financials non existent or in a complete mess. Melanie has worked tirelessly towards getting our OC back on track. She is calm, confident, professional,leaves no stone unturned, is extremely knowledgeable and is determined to provide us with the Strata Management Services that we were previously promised but never received. I was not invited to the AGM, which is unlawful. My rates have gone up by $800 a year in a two year period and I can't get a reply from Nikki.
My guests car was towed from visitors parking, when I called looked like they get some sort of commission from towing companies, they didn't help they are like we should know if a visitor parks in a visitor spot.. I'm out of pocket $440 for doing nothing wrong.
