My guests car was towed from visitors parking, when I called looked like they get some sort of commission from towing companies, they didn't help they are like we should know if a visitor parks in a visitor spot.. I'm out of pocket $440 for doing nothing wrong.
We have had a very disappointing experience with Susanne Wiklund. She seems to unfairly favor certain owners/people, making it difficult to feel treated equally. Her attitude comes across as rude and dismissive, and she often acts in an arrogant manner when approached with questions or concerns. Unfortunately, this has made dealing with her a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend working with her. If i could give 0 star i would they dont deserve a 1 Extreamly Over priced, Rude and un helpful, They Add additional charges when they feel like it. has trippled in price deffinently not worth the money there wanting, won't fix things when something goes wrong It's on you and hand out fines wearever they can to collect more money than there already getting. Stay away from any property with strata body corp They will suck you dry and you can't do a thing about it A total money making scam.
