Does not provide you with a parking sticker, they sub that out to a "parking management company" but has their own tow truck company on hand. God forbid your parking pass expires. They have no problem towing an active resident's vehicle, who pays their rent. They will do nothing about it, but won't tow away a non- resident's vehicle or unregistered ParkM vehicle with no plates on it. Only lived here because I am a flight attendant and I was on reserve, even it's close proximity to the airport could not redeem the laundry list of cons. From least to most offensive: Dog droppings everywhere No recycling Never any parking/ no guest passes for visitors Short notice to stow pets that pay pet rent anyways Poor plowing/ no way to get out of parking lot days after it snows Cheap way too dark floors that scratch very easily and aren't fixed with scratch doctor/rejuvenate or similar products Very hard to recieve p... read more
Love Strata especially the cares team!!!!! Wonderful place
The management staff at Strata is amazing! Our apartment is beautiful and modern. The gym is the nicest one we’ve ever seen at an apartment community and they do connection events where we are meeting our neighbors and making friends quickly! We love it so much!
