Jeff Strassburger came and did a quote on cleaning the tiles, shower pan, and glass surround in our 24 year old shower, plus grout restoration, as well as cleaning the sink, which had calcium buildup. He explained in detail where the grout was failing, what it should look like, and how they would do it, and the products used. Billie came and did the work. Had Jeff over to quote out tile and groute restoration. Very personable and easy to talk to. Listened to our concerns and answered our questions with plenty of knowledge from years in the industry. We elected to proceed with work as quoted. Bill and Novu arrived to complete the work. We were happy to see that they were treating our house as if it was there own. Billy did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Work was completed when promised. Ceramic tile floor looks brand new.
