A very positive experience by Jeff and his team to put care into completing our tile floor job to make sure it was completed with satisfaction! The team was responsive and was able to complete some follow-up finishes to ensure the work was done and completed and met my expectations. Thank you Jeff and team. Also a very easy experience from booking, to a consult, to a quote, to finishing the job! Great work!
Billy did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Work was completed when promised. Ceramic tile floor looks brand new.

I do not like posting negative reviews about a small businesses, but I felt it necessary as a heads up for others. I cannot comment on the quality of the work; I couldn't get that far. Between delays in responding to emails, to not showing up at all, it took a month to even get a quote (which I had to prompt them for). When I asked follow-up questions, again nada. I wish they had just refused the job, as opposed to leaving me hanging on multiple occasions. I wish I hadn't given Jeff as many chances as I did. Don't make the s... read more
