RecommendedFun train ride on a cold winter day.
I like to thank everyone there you made my grandson Carter so happy. We took him there as a birthday present. He will be turning 2 Nov 23rd. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. We traveled over 3 hours to get there and the trip home all he kept say Choo Choo. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves as well
A wonderful place for children and families, staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Great experience for all ages !

We loved a day out with Thomas. The train rides and free activities were great. However parking was inconvenient we had to park at a church parking lot and take a school bus to the event. It was difficult to do with a 2 year old, stroller etc... and when we arrived at the event I realized I have forgotten his cup in my car, so I had to make do without it. This parking craziness also caused us to be late for the train.
We have taken many other train rides with you all but the murder mystery train was so disappointing. I was just very disappointed with the customer service, with the food and I was especially disappointed with the time that ran over and kind of felt like our train got the Cliff Notes version is of the murder mystery. The customer service was almost nonexistent and the food was cold. ☹️

I been coming to the strasburg railroad since I was age 5 to now age 23 and I just love the story they tell on the train and the ride and the friendly service there
The whole experience is very family-oriented and a lot of fun!
