RecommendedWonderful afternoon on the Santa Express with family. Beautiful trains and comfortable ride that was complete with brass music and carols.
The brass duet, the carolers, and Santa himself on the train where wonderful. Santa took time with each child and they each received an ornament. On our train it was so touching to see a young boy hand Santa a letter he wrote himself and Santa was genuine in his appreciation.
They are a great, very accommodating company. When we had a family emergency and needed to bring an infant along for our train ride, unplanned, they took care of it and let us bring him even though the train was sold out.
My boys had the best time on the Santa Express. My 4 year old said it is the best place he has ever been. They do a wonderful job with the train ride, and we were very impressed by all the little amusements and shops at the station. We will definitely be returning again next year.
