Strasburg is one of my all time favorite stops in Lancaster Co. Something for all ages..train ride, train museum lots of shops and the best antiqu'ng is at the Strasburg antique mkt.
Planned ahead and bought tickets online so my husband and I could have a fun day on our anniversary. We arrived early for our noon train, which allowed time to enjoy lunch at the cafe and browse the gift shops. We rode in the first class lounge car with the big comfy swivel chairs. The train was worth the hype and very relaxful and enjoyable. The narration of the Amish countryside was very informative. We got married two years ago on the train We came back, and loved going on the trip to paridice.
Had a great time! Loved it. Would recommend it to family and friends!!
We spent a rainy day here while camping nearby. It was a nice train ride & the museum had cool things for all ages! I definitely recommend taking a trip here. I would visit again!!!
Very nice but you pay extra for the dining car and then you have to pay for the overpriced food..... a little disappointing. Museum was great though!
Gift to my rents and their response: Went on a murder mystery train ride late night was great. Y'all need to try it. Strasburg railroad dinner, train ride in middle of Amish country, and solve the murder on train. To much fun. Great gift jen thankyou.
