Dr zibiri is a terrible doctor and receptionist never answers the phone
Dr. Zibiri is a negligent doctor. At least he is if you're a young, white woman. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain, as well as depression and ADHD.. I went elsewhere to get my ADHD diagnosis because how I predicted things would go with Zibiri is exactly how it went. He ignored the fact that I already received a diagnosis and have started medication titration and told me that the psychiatrist will likely "reject" my referral. Hi Dr. Zabiri, A few weeks ago I tried to get a phone appointment with you but your secretary would not allow that. I had a phone appointment with a random doctor who referred me to a specialist for my wrist tendon issue that I was having since late August. He said that I should have been referred as soon as you seen the results from the ultrasound saying that I had swelling around the tendon. I have been referred to a specialist. I am well cared for by Dr Zibiri. He is wonderful. His receptionist does a great job. Thank you for your care.
Zibiri is a good doctor, but his receptionist is the reason for the 1-star review. Check the reviews chronologically and you can see when 1-stars start. Since she’s come on board, friction with seeing the doctor has increased substantially — a sentiment echoed by most reviews. More so than that, it has introduced more frustration and issues with the patient.
