Awesome services and prices, products are great and delivery was quick. Will Re-order for sure!
At first I was very pleased with their customer service and support. My order arrived quickly. My mistake occurred when I didn't double check my order. I was sewing 15 capes for dogs and was tied up sewing. Two days before the product needed to be delivered I was ready to sew on the straps and hardware. Imagine my dismay to find out I had received 1 inch straps and 3/4 inch hardware. It took most of the day finding smaller straps to fit the hardware. Great company, with good prices that cater not only to the "big guys" but also the "small guys business owner". I love the fact that they sell their strap webbing by the foot and not by the 25/50yard rolls. Keep up the good work!
Wish I could give more than five stars. I had a combination shoulder/fanny pack whose supplied strap was nearly impossible to remove, making it unusable as a fanny pack. Strapworks made a custom easy-to-operate strap that works perfectly. Superlative quality of materials and workmanship and amazing speed of service, most of all incredible value for the dollar. I will be back again for sure.
