Horrible customer service. Only received a partial refund for damaged webbing after we sent it back to be replaced at the request of Strapworks. Now I'm out the items, shipping, and return shipping. I have emails from the owner admitting the damage, saying he would replace the items, saying he would pay return shipping and here two months later, I get a partial refund. I literally paid over $9 for a $1.08 piece of webbing. I would not ever buy from here again.
