I got the WORST bang trim I have ever had here. The first bang trim I got with Erika was great. She was quick and did what I asked, which was very simple - small trim for my straight bangs. When I went in today, I got the most embarrassing bang trim with Olga. She was making vertical cuts and essentially thinned my bangs. She tried to round brush my bangs too which made it worse. It’s a LOT shorter in the middle of my forehead. I was shocked at how bad they look and they look and ran out and I regret paying for that service ... read more
I was lucky to get a last minute, same day appointment with Suzie. She is very friendly and meticulous. She did a great job freshening up my long layers and blow drying straight my wavy/curly hair.
The salon is nice, clean and the staff is nice. I think my haircut was ok - the stylist was probably too attentive to my requests, and sometimes you want an experts opinion.
