My family has recently switched to this salon, due to previous disappointing experiences with hairstylists, not quite listening to our requests. I got the WORST bang trim I have ever had here. The first bang trim I got with Erika was great. She was quick and did what I asked, which was very simple - small trim for my straight bangs. When I went in today, I got the most embarrassing bang trim with Olga. She was making vertical cuts and essentially thinned my bangs. She tried to round brush my bangs too which made it worse.
