Excellent all the way, start to finish. This was our first time building a home, and the process is daunting, but with the Strandberg team every step of the way is super well organized. Contracts, scope of work documents, change order documents, billing documents...all updated and organized and at hand every step of the way. We love living in our dream house built by Strandberg Construction. Not only do we have an amazing view, but we’re living in a quality-built home. The Strandberg team was superb to work with in every respect. From their in-house design to the final punch list, everyone was super competent, helpful and professional. When we decided to move to Anacortes from Texas we didn't know anyone in the area. Once we chose our property and knew we wanted to build, Strandberg was recommended as a good builder for us to work with. Having to build from long distance it was important to have someone we could trust and who could manage all the details we wouldn't be here to handle. Over the years we have had 7 new homes built (4 of those custom) and Strandberg Construction was by far the easiest to work with. They are a very reliable, honest and top shelf construction company that build high quality homes. If we ever consider building another home, Strandberg Construction would be our builder.

Strandberg just completed our new home. It was a very complicated design that required a lot of engineering and demanded superb construction methods. Strandberg executed on all levels and the finish product is terrific. Nels and his Team take real pride in their work and it shows. When they don't use their own people their Subs are excellent and they understand the level of finish Strandberg requires. Our experience from start to finish was terrific. We could not recommend them any more strongly.
