Strandberg was the construction contractor for our retirement dream home in Anacortes and we absolutely love our home! Build quality was excellent and Strandberg has been on the spot in helping us deal with typical "new home" issues. Our construction superintendent in particular, Vic, was a joy to work with and did everything reasonably possible to help us get into our home on schedule and with the features and quality we desired.
We've been engaged with Strandberg for the past 2 yrs for the design and construction of our custom home. Our site manager and project manager are top notch and have gone above and beyond our highest expectations. We broke ground in April 2021 and encountered some of the worst price spikes at the beginning of the pandemic. The owner of this company recognized the unexpected financial impact and was generous with his patience for our payment of the cost overruns. We would highly recommend Strandberg Construction to build your house. This was our first such build and we had heard of many projects elsewhere that were delayed or not completed to the owner's satisfaction. We shopped around, called references, and Strandberg proved the easiest to work with during this budgeting phase.
