Very Disappointing – I purchased a groupon for this salon and was very dissatisfied with everything from the customer service to the cleanliness. I wasn't able to relax during my facial, as the room was surrounded by laughing and yelling and the esthetician's phone was vibrating throughout. WORST SALON ON THIS PLANET!! – As my headline says, this was the worst salon I have ever been to in my life! The "stylists" were rude, not welcoming, loud, obnoxious, and had no consideration for any of their customers' time! I kept getting annoyed when my stylist kept checking and talking on her phone! Best Salon in Columbus – After many recommendations I booked my appointment at Strand. I like that each stylist here is able to be true to their style. As far as the haircut, I could tell Christina was a perfectionist. I didn't feel like he was rushing to finish and he was very genuine in conversation. I walked out feeling like a million.
