Warren was awesome..! He worked with me for over a year to find a house that was in my price range and what I was looking for.! You never realize how many things you need to consider when going through with a particular loan.! He offered information for different lenders that would be able to work with me. Which they were just as helpful with answering many questions I had.. It made the experience very smooth, knowing the dedication of the realtor and lenders!
